We are passionate about learning new skills and also bringing back craft  techniques from the past. In a busy world, driven by corporations, it can be difficult to form connections with materials. Everything is mass produced and standardised.

After years of using bought products, we discovered that, in actual fact, you can make everything you need from scratch (given time). This has been an eye opening discovery for us and is core to what Earth Ink Print stands for.

We make all of our inks, pigments, paints and binders and use them across a wide variety of techniques ranging from; screen-printing, relief printing, painting drawing and papermaking.

We have learnt how to utilise traditional techniques and apply them in a contemporary way, this has revolutionised the way we make our work, we now feel very connected to the things we make.
