Changed Your Mind?

You can return most items within 30 days if they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised items

• Made-to-order items

You pay for shipping the item back to us.
 

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

• Personalised items

• Made-to-order items

• Original shipping costs
   

Exchanges

You can exchange for a different item if it is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to exchange:

1. Email us with your order number and the item you want.

2. Send the original item back (you pay for shipping).

3. We will send the replacement after we receive the original.

Note: Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
 

How to Return an Item

1. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and which item you want to return.

2. Once we confirm, pack the item safely and send it to the address below.

3. You pay the return shipping (unless the item is faulty).

Refunds

• We’ll check your item when it arrives.

• Refunds go to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are not refunded.

• Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund.
   

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Email us with your order number.

2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

3. Let us know if you want a refund or replacement (replacement depends on stock).
